I used to buy dog food and supplies online from Pet Circle but the customer service and entertainment value keeps me coming back to PetO Ashfield. If not for the great range of pet food alone, just go visit and have a laugh with David (store manager), he is a hoot and totally makes my day! He'll even carry your purchases to your car for you.

My pup loves coming into the store and choosing his own toys and treats. The staff are also super friendly and he will high five them for treats.

Had a really great experience at this store. Both of the ladies that helped me and my girlfriend out were super friendly, helpful and gave us great advice for our puppy. Will definitely be coming back for all our pet needs in the future.

Best customer experience I’ve had in a longtime. Great range of products and value but the real diamond in the rough is their staff - helpful, happy and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend this store and team - they know their shit

I’ve come in many times and the staff are always lovely and helpful! I went in on halloween the other day and it was beautifully decorated with a big DIY piece front and centre. Kudos to the lovely staff member that said she’d made it and brought in a lot of her own decorations!

Great experience! Staff were so kind and friendly! Appreciate the help I got in store yesterday with a dog just rescued. Male staff member at counter was incredibly kind, even when the dog peed on the Christmas display!

I regularly buy food and litter for my cats and dog, Dave is always fantastic. He is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He takes the time to give good advice and makes sure I’m getting the right products. Great service every visit. Highly recommend!
